The restaurant in the Ringhotel NASSAU-ORANIEN
For our guests and gourmets, our hotel restaurant has become a restaurant tip for Hadamar and the surrounding area.
Creative menus for a romantic dinner, culinary specialties for a business lunch and changing culinary delights à la carte are conjured up by our kitchen team using regional products to the rhythm of the seasons. You will also find delicious vegan delicacies on the menu and individual buffets!
The special ambience of the historic rooms "Grand Mère" and "Gud Stubb" in the listed ensemble of half-timbered houses also contributes to the cozy atmosphere.

Take a seat in one of our restaurants and enjoy exquisite food for the palate and senses in the stylish ambience of our listed restaurants. Our kitchen team will spoil you with international specialties. Our current menu is inspired by seasonal promotions. We are happy to serve you selected wines, spirits and anything else your heart desires.
Enjoy a la carte
Our menu in the restaurants is regional and seasonal. Our kitchen team uses the changing seasons and regional produce to create delicious variations that you can enjoy in our restaurants every day from 6pm to 10pm and on Sundays from noon to 2pm. Experience local delights with fish, meat and vegetables from regional partners.

Fürstenkeller
The historic Fürstenkeller with its imposing quarry stone vault is part of the oldest part of the ensemble of half-timbered buildings dating back to 1690.
The rustic, cozy atmosphere invites you to parties, family celebrations and corporate events for up to 35 people, to which the rustic ambience will give a special touch.

Our bar & lounge
Our new Hirschbar and Lounge as well as our Tiffany Bar have established themselves as a cozy meeting place in Hadamar - to set the mood for a culinary evening with an aperitif as well as to round off the day with international cocktail specialties, a freshly tapped beer or a good glass of wine.
Take a seat at the bar or in the cozy armchairs in the adjoining atrium - we will serve you drinks and snacks.
By the way, did you know where the term "bar" comes from? The term comes from the English word "barrier" - the name given to the wooden gates used to protect the counter in the American pioneer era ....

Roof terrace
Look forward to sunny moments on our roof terrace.
The first rays of spring are already tempting you to enjoy warm drinks on our roof terrace and from May you can also enjoy our food and Mediterranean barbecue evenings.
When the weather is nice, the summer jazz brunch is also held here with a view of the greenery and the Ägidienkirche, which towers over the Elbbach.
In winter, our roof terrace is a wonderful place to start your Christmas celebrations by the crackling fire with mulled wine.
